Jadi balik sekolah tadi terus ke Tesco dan beli bahan-bahannya. Sebenarnya bahannya dah ada di rumah, cuma nak beli 'pre mix' kek coklat Pillsbury saja. </span><br />
<span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Kalau dilihat, kek ni lebih kurang sama dengan kek pelangi puding karamel. Cuma yang ini menggunakan kek coklat moist, manakala kek pelangi tu menggunakan kek span. Resipi ni pun saya ubah sikit sukatan bahan-bahannya.</span><br />

<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Kita sediakan bancuhan puding. Campurkan kesemua bahan puding dan sebatikan...guna hand whisk saja...tak perlu pukul ya. Kemudian tapis bancuhan puding ke dalam loyang karamel tadi. Ketepikan.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Untuk kek pun senang saja. Campurkan semua bahan kek tadi dan pukul hingga sebati selama 2 minit. Kemudian tuangkan ke dalam loyang karamel tadi. </span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Jangan terkejut bila tengok adunan kek tenggelam dalam bancuhan puding. Tak perlu kacau. Nanti bila dah siap bakar, kek akan naik elok saja dan puding akan berada di bawah.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Letakkan loyang kek ke dalam loyang yang besar sedikit dan tuangkan air ke dalam loyang besar tu...teknik water bath. Bakar selama 1jam atau hingga kek masak. Suhu ikut oven masing-masing ya.</span></li>
<li><span style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;">Biarkan kek sejuk dulu, kemudian simpan dalam peti sejuk sekurang-kurangnya 1 jam setengah supaya puding tu elok kerasnya. Bila dah cukup masa bolehlah terbalikkan kek atas pinggan untuk dihidangkan.</span></li>

Kacau hingga gula hangus tadi larut. Akhir sekali masukkan butter dan kacau sehingga butter larut bersama-sama gula hangus tadi. Hasil pembacaan daripada beberapa laman, terdapat beberapa kaedah yang boleh digunakan untuk menghasilkan Macaron ni...satu kaedah French dan satu lagi Italian method. Beza keduanya ialah penggunaan air gula yang panas. Dalam kaedah French meringue, hanya pukul putih telur dan gula icing hingga stiff baru dimasukkan bahan kering. Tetapi dalam Italian meringue, air gula yang dididihkan ikut suhu yang ditetapkan akan dituang ke dalam putih telur yang soft peak dan dipukul hingga nampak berkilat. Setelah itu barulah digaul dengan bahan kering.</span></div><div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;"><span class="Apple-style-span" style="font-family: Verdana, sans-serif;"><br />

Tapi hasil yang pertama kurang menarik kerana aku kurang gaul sebati putih telur dengan serbuk badam. Selepas dipicit ke atas dulang pembakar, macaron tu nampak stif. So aku gaul sedikit lagi tetapi hati-hati jangan lama kerana adunan akan mencair jika terlalu lama digaul. Gambar yang kedua pula merupakan adunan yang sebati dengan elok...bila kita picit ke atas dulang pembakar, ianya jatuh dengan elok saja. Macaron yang aku buat ni lebih kurang saiz duit syiling 50 sen. Kena biarkan lebih kurang 30 minit sebelum dibakar. Tujuannya untuk membentuk 'skirt' @ 'feet' di keliling Macaron apabila dibakar nanti.</span></div><br />

Saya sendiri dah banyak kali mencuba pelbagai resipi kek coklat, sampai dah muak. 1. Goreng wedges hingga masak. Ketepikan.<br />
2. Panaskan non-stick pan. Cairkan butter dan masukkan tepung. Gaul sebati.<br />

4. Masukkan cheese dan kacau hingga cheese mencair.<br />
5. Masukkan sour cream dan kacau sebati hingga elok kepekatannya.<br />

4. Dlm bekas yang lain, pukul kesemua bahan B hingga kembang. <br />
5. Tuang separuh bahagian adunan A kedalam loyang dan ratakan. <br />
